Changes to our Level 1 Reserved Bays (M11-13 & M14-16)

Summary

There has been a change to the way members with Level 1 Reserved Bay access will utilise their membership in 2023. 

Specifically, this adjustment will affect the following membership types:

• 'Legends: Choice' (Bays M14-M16)
• 'Legends: Choice GA' (Bays M14-M16)
• Season Ticket Freedom (Bays M11-M13)

This change is based on member feedback from a survey sent in late 2022. 

What's Changing?

Members with Level 1 Reserved Bay access must now pre-book a $0 ticket for ClubStadium home games via Ticketek rather than simply arriving at the match and finding the best available seat.

This new process will provide a solution to the following common issues highlighted in member feedback:

• A sense of being rushed to get to the ground and save seats;
• Difficulty finding suitable seats when arriving;
• Fear of losing seats should members leave temporarily to get food or head to the restroom.

To be clear, you will not be able to access ClubStadium home games without pre-booking a $0 ticket. 

Members affected by this change will still be able to purchase guest tickets into their reserved bay area.

How do I Secure Tickets?

To redeem your $0 member tickets for any of our ClubStadium home games, all you'll need to do is enter your membership barcode number(s) via Ticketek for the relevant game. 

Reserved Bay tickets - including guest passes - will be released in batches progressively throughout the season. Please see below for specific dates:

• Rounds 1-3: Thu 23 Feb, 12pm (AEDT)
• Rounds 4-7: Tue 21 Mar, 12pm (AEDT) 
• Rounds 8-11: Tue 18 Apr, 12pm (AEST)
• Rounds 12-15: Tue 23 May, 12pm (AEST)
• Rounds 16-20: Tue 20 Jun, 12pm (AEST)
• Rounds 21-24: Tue 25 Jul, 12pm (AEST)

Reminders will be sent before each of these on-sales. 

To reiterate, there is no charge for redeeming member tickets into these reserved bays via Ticketek. A booking fee will only be charged if guest tickets are added to the order. 

Where Do I Find My Barcode Number? 

Your 12-digit membership barcode number is printed on your 2023 membership card. 

Additionally, you will be able to locate your barcode number(s) via your MyAccount account closer to the first round of ticket sales on Tuesday 21 February.
