COLLINGWOOD FOOTBALL CLUB "2023 E. W. COPELAND TROPHY - MEMBER TICKET BALLOT" TERMS & CONDITIONS
- By entering the "2023 E. W. Copeland Trophy - Member Ticket Ballot" (ballot), you acknowledge that you have read these terms and conditions and that you agree to be bound by them. Information on how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions.

BALLOT SUMMARY
- An allocation of tickets for the 2023 E. W. Copeland Trophy has been set aside forSt. Kilda FC members to purchase.
- As part of their premium membership access, Club 5 & Legends members are afforded priority access to purchase tickets to this event.
- Cheer Squad members & members with 50 or more years of total membership with the Club will also have access to this ballot.
- To ensure fair access to these tickets, and to mitigate the stress/inconvenience involved in obtaining tickets in the past,St. Kilda FC is introducing a ballot system for eligible members.
- Eligible members are encouraged to enter this ballot within the registration window. A ballot will then be run to select successful entrants. These successful entrants will then be contacted to finalise their booking and process payment for their ticket(s).
BALLOT TIMINGS
- The ballot will open at 10:00am (AEST) on Monday 3 July, 2023.
- The ballot will close at 4:00pm (AEST) on Thursday 6 July, 2023.
- The ballot will be run on Friday 7 July, 2023.
WHO CAN ENTER?
- To be eligible to enter this ballot you must:
- be a 2023St. Kilda FC Club 5, Legends, Cheer Squad, or 50+ member; and
- be 18 years or older.
HOW TO ENTER
- Eligible members can complete the ballot registration form here.
- Members must nominate a group organiser to submit ballot registrations for their group, i.e. those they wish to be seated with.
- Please speak with any other eligible members you wish to attend with before submitting a ballot entry. - Duplicate entries will be removed.
- No late entries will be accepted. Incomplete or incoherent entries will be invalid.
- There is no cost involved in entering the ballot.
TICKETING
- The price of a 2023 E. W. Copeland Trophy ticket is $295.00.
- A ticket includes:
- E.W. Copeland Trophy awards ceremony
- VFL Best and Fairest
- VWFL Best and Fairest
- Gourmet three course dining experience
- Premium wines, beer and soft drinks
SUCCESSFUL ENTRANTS
- The ballot will run on Friday 7 July, following the close of the entry period at 4:00pm (AEST) on Thursday 6 July.
- Once the ballot is drawn, a bulk email will be sent to successful registrants notifying them that they can expect a phone call within 3 business days.
- TheSt. Kilda FC membership team will then call successful entrants to finalise the booking and process payment. Failing a phone call, an email will be sent.
- Payment must be processed in full using a credit or debit card. Cheques, money orders, cash and BPAY payments will not be accepted for these tickets. Unpaid tickets will be released back to the available pool.
- Successful entrants will have 48 hours from the initial email to call the Club and make payment. Failing return contact from a successful entrant, the ticket(s) held in their name will be re-balloted to previously unsuccessful members.
- The results of the draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to the results of the ballot.
SECOND BALLOT FOR NON-CLUB 5 & NON-LEGENDS MEMBERS
- If tickets remain after this initial ballot, a second ballot will be run for Season Ticket members & 25+ year members.
- Please note that the Club does not anticipate having tickets remaining after the initial Club 5 & Legends ballot.
CANCELLATIONS AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Should a member or members who were successful in the ballot be unable to complete their purchase, tickets will be added back to the available pool.
- The ballot will continue until all tickets are exhausted.
- All cancellation request for paid tickets must be received by 4:00pm (AEST) on Friday 15 September. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests receive after this date.
